Message us for extra services we can offer during your stay! The space This is a 2-story duplex penthouse apartment located on the top floor of a secure and modern building. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has 2 singles that can be combined into one large bed upon request. All 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs, blackout blinds, closets, and ensuite bathrooms. The living room spans the entire first floor of the apartment, with dining table, open kitchen, bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city and ocean views. PLEASE NOTE USE OF THE PROJECTOR IN THE MAIN LIVING AREA IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. However, all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. The apartment is conveniently located in the neighborhood of Marbella, 1.5 blocks from the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, 5-minute to Rafael Núñez International Airport and the Historic Center by taxi. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Everyone MUST be registered with the building 24 hours prior to the initial check in. This includes any service providers (chefs etc). The building does not allow visitors and under no circumstances will it be possible to register extra guests after initial check in or bring visitors to the building. Such are the rules of the building. Guest access You have full access to the apartment and building amenities. The building issues guests with wristbands at the time of check-in which give access to the pool and social area, and guests can pass security freely. The wristbands must be worn for the duration of guests stay as per building rules. Other things to note We are available to help plan your stay in Cartagena, including boat rentals and tours.
