Baywatch conveniently has parking for Boat Trailers on side of the house, but there are No Parking Trailers in the driveway! Access to a Privately Deeded beach means you’ll have plenty of space and not sit behind 4 rows of umbrellas. You'll get to be front and center to enjoy your private beach the way you expect it to be! If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1.
