Travel Nurse/Professionals 30 Day+ Cottage Stay

Our Cottage is located approximately 5 miles west of Conyers, Ga on a private drive with three other homes. Property is on a dead end drive, so therefore no loud traffic. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment is close, also. This is a quiet area. For the Travel Nurses there are a number of hospitals in this area. Also Interstate 20 is approx 10 miles away and west to Atlanta and east to Augusta. Atlanta has the Aquarium and Stone Mountain Park is not far away. Plenty of things to do. The space The Cottage consist of Living Room with 55" TV, Lounge Chair & Sofa and desk with chair. Two Bedrooms, one with queen size bed and a twin size bed in other bedroom. Bedrooms have closets and other storage. One Bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen/Dining area with full size cook stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. Dishes and cook utensils furnished. Dining Table that seats four (4) individuals. Utility room has washer/dryer and storage cabinet. Also, shelves and clothes hanging in Utility Room. Back deck is covered and has a small table and two (2) chairs. Driveway comes up to right end of cottage and parking is provided on the right side of cottage near front door. Parking is only allowed at this one spot. Guest access Guest are allowed the entire Cottage inside. Guest is allowed 15ft usage around all sides of Cottage. Driveway access comes from Mt Zion Rd up to right end of Cottage. A small home at rear of Cottage uses the drive, also. Drive cannot be blocked. (Cottage and small home are separated by wood fence.)
