Seacrest is a beachfront property which includes a pool and hot tub on the beachside of the complex as well as a boardwalk providing direct access to the beach. Note: The $185 cleaning fee is actually $150 cleaning and $35 parking pass The space Welcome to our small piece of paradise overlooking the beautiful Gulf beaches. The Gulf view extends from the balcony to the kitchen. We offer a one bedroom one bathroom condo perfect for couples as well as couples with small children. The bedroom has a king size bed and there are bunks in the hallway perfect for small children. Our condo also offers a washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access The entire condo is exclusively used the guests. Other things to note I manage my own properties therefore all of my guests deal directly with me upon booking.
