The space This is a private gated property with parking inside the property. There is a caretaker who lives on the property 24x7x365 in his own quarters. Guest access Guests can access the entire property except caretaker quarters and utility & storage areas. Other things to note Additional security deposit payment of ₹5000 will be required at the time of check-in. Security deposit is collected to cover expenses in case of any damages the guest may cause to property and belongings during their period of stay. Security deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout subject to terms and conditions. Security deposit can be paid either in Cash (to the caretaker) or UPI. Government ID is required for all guest at the time of check-in. Use of Kitchen for self cooking is chargeable at ₹1000 per day. Please inform in advance if required.
