Private Cozy Mother-In-Law Suite near MOA/Airport

Enjoy your stay in Bloomington, MN in a cozy private 1 bedroom lower-level apartment with a private bath and full kitchen. Our apartment feels like a home away from home and is perfect for any trip to the Twin Cites. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. 5 min drive to Mall of America. Great for Real Estate professionals attending Kaplan Real Estate School in Bloomington (5 min drive). 9 minutes to the MSP International Airport. The space The apartment features an open-concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen is perfect for guests who are looking to cook your own meals because it offers a full fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, flatware, and other basic necessities needed in a Kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar which gives a comfortable and casual dining experience. We do provide light breakfast items (things like oatmeal, coffee etc) that you take advantage of if you choose, but we don't provide it for every day if you stay longer than a couple days — that's up to you. In the living room, you will have two comfortable couches (which can be used for extra sleeping space). The TV is mounted above the non-working fireplace and is hooked up to an Apple TV to enjoy whichever streaming services you enjoy. We also have a DVD player in case you don't like scrolling through Netflix. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space for your use. Just outside the bedroom is a 3/4 bathroom which is stocked with basic necessities like towels, hairdryer, TP, etc. The street parking is available just in front of our home and you have a private entrance through the back directly into your apartment. Guest access You will have full access to the lower-level apartment and our back patio if the weather permits. You are welcome to use our laundry room which is attached to the apartment. If you are a long-term guest (a week or more), we may need to coordinate a time for our family to sneak down and use the laundry as that is the only shared space in the rental. Other things to note We have two friendly toddlers who are active during the day, so don't be surprised if they say "hi" while playing outside or if you hear the occasional footsteps from above. The apartment is NO PETS allowed, sorry.
