A brand new, quiet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, just on the edge of town. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwith or anything else specific. The space We have a full kitchen, with oven and full size fridge, as well as hot water, and AC. One room has a Queen bed, and the other has 2 singles, that can also be put together to make a king. There is also a shared pool down below. Other things to note Any rentals longer than 5 days will be charged for power per kilowatt. This will be based on current rates and measured upon guest arrival.
