Welcome to our garden apartment in the heart of DC’s Capitol Hill. Walk to the city’s best restaurants, parks, museums, shopping, and monuments! This fully renovated private space is in a historic district, on a quiet tree-lined residential street that’s an easy walk to premier attractions like H Street Corridor, Eastern Market, Union Market, the Capitol grounds, and Smithsonian National Mall. There are also excellent coffee shops, restaurants, parks and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. The space The space is located on the first level of our historic rowhouse, an entirely private English Basement. Features include a light-filled dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and dedicated workout space with a free-to-use Peloton bike and weights. The living room includes a sectional that pulls out to a full-sized bed, and a Smart TV with Cable. The bedroom has a full-sized bed with a premium memory foam mattress, and connected bathroom with shower/tub combo. Please note that the private access entrance does require going down four stairs. The whole space is professionally cleaned ahead of every stay. Guest access The entire ground floor is your private space: a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ~500 square foot apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer combo.
