Fully furnished room in 2BR NYC Apt

I'm offering a spacious, fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom Apt w/ 2 windows, 2 dressers, a full size bed, closet, and a chair. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared w/ a roommate. He's a graphic artist and is very clean and quiet. The space The space has hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, an island, pots and pans and dishes, television and internet. It is a second floor walk up - so there is only one flight of stairs to climb from the building entrance to the apartment door. Guest access You will have full access to both dressers and the closet space in the bedroom. You will also have shared access to kitchen, bathroom and living room. During your stay If anything is needed during stay my roommate will be more than happy to help to try and accommodate you.
