The cottage is equipped with dinning essentials, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, but is not equipped with a stove or oven. The resort features five deckhouse cottages, three treehouses elevated 20 feet above the ground, and two cave suites with relaxed and tranquil grounds. Free parking and free EV charging are available. Guest access Guests will have full access to their own, private, Nordic-inspired cottage as well as to the complete grounds of the Grotto, adults-only resort. Free use of EV the charger is available. Other things to note The Grotto Resort is a 25+, adults-only resort. In the event that a guest is under the age of 25, the reservation will be immediately canceled and refunded. There are no exceptions to this rule. The Nordic-inspired minimalist cottage features a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, and is stocked with glasses, plates, and flatware. However, please note that it does not include any cooking facilities such as a stove or oven. This property requires a $300 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.
