This cozy hideaway is the perfect retreat for your vacation Villa is equipped with AC, Geyser, Wi-fi, Tv with Netflix, Bath Towels, Bath Soap, Kitchen, Extra mattress for extra person with Pillow and Blanket, First aid kit, Private lawn with 6-seater swing and Private swimming pool (size mentioned in house rules). We welcome you! :) The space Tastefully done interior, which will make you forget city houses; well lit with beautiful color theme. INTERIOR The bungalow features total 4 bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and AC. The living area is designed for relaxation, offering plush seating and an Android TV for entertainment (with Netflix). The living room seats up to 8-10 people on sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, cutlery, water purifier and glasses, along with dining table. Ground floor has living, dining, kitchen and 1 bedroom with common washroom just outside the bedroom. First floor has all 3 Master bedrooms with attached washroom. All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattress, blanket and pillow is provided for extra guests upto specified limit. There are balconies on the first floor with table and seats and has enthralling views. OUTDOOR One of the highlights of our property is the private swimming pool overlooked by the living room that can be enjoyed during your stay. Our plunge pool, measuring approx 19x9 ft and 4.5 ft deep, provides a refreshing space to cool off and relax. Please note that it is not suitable for swimming laps due to its size. A 6 seater swing is installed in the lawn area, accompanied with outdoor table and chairs for evening high-tea or breakfast. LOCATION: Located in the heart of Lonavla, the property is 5 mins away from Mapro Garden; and 10 minutes from Kumar Resort junction. It is inside Lucky’s Wax Museum lane. And lane opposite to Mr. BEEN Trampoline Park. Guest access This Villa is a ground + 1st floor Villa with private lawn area, private swimming pool and a private parking space. All these areas are accessible for the guest. Other things to note You will be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect :) Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests/visitors are Not Allowed. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Incase invited, charges of INR 1,850 per person per day is to be paid Before Entering the society. Lonavala / Khandala experience load shedding every Thursday, conducted by MSEB. In case of power outage - Invertor and battery backup available which subsides basic electricity needs (1 light, 1 fan and 1 power point in each room) until invertor battery backup lasts. Any other random power cuts or fluctuations locally are not in the hosts control, and no deductions or refund requests shall be entertained for the same. Pets / service animals are Not allowed on the property. If found, guest will be liable to pay a penalty of INR 10,000 + damages if any done by the pet. Induction stove, microwave, fridge, water-filter and crockery is made available in the villa’s kitchen. Gas stove and barbecue is not allowed anywhere on the property for safety reasons. No additional charges for using the kitchen. Sheesha/Hukkah/Cigarette smoking is Not allowed inside the Villa. Guests can smoke outside in the lawn area near the outdoor seating or in the first-floor balcony with ashtray receptacles placed for use. Hot coals are to be taken care of. No marks should appear on furniture or on the flooring due to coal or any other item. Cigarette buds should not be thrown in the Lawn on anywhere outside. Ashtray to be used. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the swimming pool. Royal Gardens shall not be responsible nor liable in any way for any untoward event at the property. After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. Topmost terrace access is restricted for safety reasons. WE DO NOT ALLOW DJ set-up. DJ or Loud music not allowed anywhere on the property. Only mild sound levels are allowed such that neighbours are not disturbed. Speakers are Available at the property. Music is Not allowed outside after 8pm. If played inside, it should be on Low volume. Incase of any noise complaints, 'Royal Garden Villas' is not responsible for any consequences. Carrom, uno, board games, Ezee Soccer game set-up available on request, subject to availability. Ezee soccer is only to be played outside in the Lawn area. Any furniture from inside the house shall not be moved outside in the lawn area. (tables, chairs, etc.) Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
