We provide - Generator is available during a power cut, only the living room and master bedroom ACs, along with geysers in two rooms, operate on the generator. - AC, Wi-Fi, Geyser - Chest Table, hangers, towels - Organic Toiletries from Sutatva nature care - Iron Board, Hair Dryer & Laundry (Additional Cost) - Portable music system (JBL) and smart TV (Samsung) - First aid kit - Massage services (extra cost) - Bonfire & Barbeque (extra cost) - Secured parking space for up-to 3 SUV's BEDROOMS - There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 1 room on ground floor, 2 rooms on 1st floor, 1 room on top floor - Amenities such as king-sized beds, wardrobe and ACs are offered in all rooms. - 3 bedrooms offer an attached bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and organic toiletries (Sutatva nature care) COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa, adorned with comfortable furnishings for up to 8 people. - It is equipped with a Smart 55" TV, JBL Party-box music system and Wi-Fi. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. it is 325 sqft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. GAME ZONE - 8-Ball Pool Table KITCHEN - Single Electric gas top is available for cooking. - Guests may ask for the caretaker’s assistance, incase they need anything. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals for the same. - It is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1,500 (Adult) & Rs. 1,000/- (Kid 5-11 Yrs) per person, per night (Includes: Lunch-HiTea-Dinner-Breakfast). - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Please note that all meals will be delivered to the property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook. Other things to note HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects & bugs around. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. - Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - We provide an in-house speaker; outside speakers or music systems are not permitted -We provide an in-house speaker; outside speakers or music systems are not permitted - Bedroom 4, located on the second floor, is a compact and simple room with an attached bathroom. - Bonfire and BBQ services will remain unavailable during the monsoon season (June to September). - All food menu selections and chef-on-hire requests must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Aaramghar Stays reserves the right to decline any food or chef requests made after this period. - A dedicated housekeeping team of 2 will have access to the villa’s main entrance and backdoor (if applicable). If any guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, they may inform us via the Airbnb message. - Due to heavy rains, some walls may show signs of seepage. HOUSE TRUTHS - The caretaker does not stay at the property. Service staff will only be available till 09:00 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 will collected before check-in. If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here. - Generator is available.
