Other things to note During your stay, we kindly ask you to help us comply with the following regulations: 1. Take care of the apartment. Help the environment by turning off lights and devices when not in use and making rational use of water. 2. Keep quiet and be discreet in the apartment and common areas, especially at night. Avoid loud noises. No parties or drugs. If there is a noise complaint in the place, you will have to leave the apartment without a refund. 3. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. There is a designated area outside the building. ($200 penalty fee) 4. Please do not use towels to remove makeup or anything else that could damage or stain them. (Penalty fee of $20 per item). 5. If you lose or damage a key or access card, we will charge you a $20 replacement fee per item. 6. Do not hang or place clothing, rugs, or any other type of item in areas that are visible from the building's common areas or the balcony itself. 7. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Only a maximum of 2 people per reservation can stay in the apartment. 8. Prostitution or any type of sex tourism is prohibited. 9. Do not throw glass bottles in the garbage chute, only conventional waste. 10. Do not throw objects and/or garbage into the hallways, common areas, balconies, or windows. 11. No heavy drinking or drugs allowed in the common areas. 12. The administration prohibits the use of professional video and photography equipment in the building. Security cameras are present on all levels and a $200 fee will be charged. Please note that after check-out, we will check the apartment. If any item is damaged, stained or lost, the additional fee established in these regulations will be charged. Public parking is available in front of the tower for an additional fee of approximately $10 per night. Our guests often use it, so we know it's a safe space for your vehicle.
