Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Playacar

This beautiful apartment is in the Playacar subdivision. Just minutes from 5th Avenue and the beach, it is ideal for couples and others who want to enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean, the countless activities it offers, the shops and the great offer of fun, all within an atmosphere of tranquility. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It has two swimming pools, green areas and the most beautiful beaches in the Mexican Caribbean. The space The apartment has a smart TV, cable, and high-speed WiFi. Two swimming pools with sunbeds (one with bathrooms and a bar), green areas throughout the property, and parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The administration, cleaning, and maintenance staff make the condominium a unique place. It has golf cart transportation to any point within Playacar (beach entrance, 5th avenue, resorts, restaurants, etc.). Other things to note The price includes all services (water, electricity, wifi internet, cable and transportation within Playacar). It is very important that you do not lose the card for the reef, as it costs 1,000 pesos to replace it The day you want to go to the hotel, you can ask Roberto for the card directly For the beach there are 2 options: Access to the Reef hotel is free, they allow us to use the beach club (sunbeds and umbrellas), the two pools and the gym from 9 am to 6 pm (after 4 pm they do not allow us to pass) free of charge. Only they have limited access for people per day so I always recommend arriving early (8:30 am). If it is full there is access to the beach through the Mayan ruins, but there would be no lounge chairs or umbrellas. Walking to the hotel is 30 min since the playacar is around a golf course and they do not allow us to cross it, so you have to go around and it takes longer, for your convenience we have golf cart service from 7 am to 7 pm, the security man drives it, takes you and brings you to the hotel the reef so it would take less than 10 min to get to the hotel :) Just like the entrance to the Playacar that goes to 5th Avenue, it's a 15-minute walk and 5 minutes by golf cart.
