The house is located near off Hulen only 2 minutes from Central Market for nice groceries, 3 minutes from Clearfork, 6 minutes from Dickies Arena and the Cultural District , 7 minutes from TCU, 8 minutes from Downtown, 9 minutes from South Main, and 14 minutes from the Stockyards. You can also walk across the parking lots to Zolli’s Pizza(Dave Portnoy gave a positive review) The space It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a nice backyard and storage shed with one covered parking spot. Nice private yard with a fire pit. You are fairly close to the Davidson Yard so there is train noise Guest access Y’all have access to the entire property. I wouldn’t go into the Bambo since it’s very thick and the shed is full of materials for the house so expect a shed when you enter it. Other things to note The house is fully renovated and is in excellent condition and I hope to keep it that way. The neighbors and me don’t like parties so that isn’t allowed
