You know the whole treat others you want to be treated? That simple. Feel free to enjoy all the communal spaces, including the backyard or enjoy the privacy of your room. Here are some specifics… * Laundry is only for owner. * Coffee, hot tea, half and half, filtered water available for guests. * Travel supplies in the bathroom…dude take it only if you need it. The next guest might really need it and that’s just not cool. * Feel free to stock some supplies and make a home cooked meal. The spices and olive oil are there for your use but the rest of the food and supplies are to provide for us. There is an open shelf in the frig and the cabinet above the stove is open for dry storage. There is not a microwave. * WIFI user: NETGEAR01 password: youngship035 * Netflix is slung through the WII. Remotes are in the basket under the TV. DVDs, some WII games and board games are in the closet. * Leave the shared bathroom as you want to find it….well any of the shared spaces. * If you smoke…only outside and be courteous of other guests. Don’t go light up on the front porch when someone else is already enjoying a cup of coffee there. * Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. * One towel and wash cloth is provided per guest each visit. * Do not touch the thermostat. If you are uncomfortable, let me know and we will see if we can find a compromise. * Parking in front and side of the house. Driveway is for owner’s use. * Big, friendly dog lives here. He only shares the backyard when guests are staying. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable or if some random need should arise.
