This renovated 2BR / 1.5 Bath apartment is in the former Greenville Coca Cola Bottling Plant, built in the 1930s, located on Dickinson Avenue, only steps away from numerous shops, restaurants, and breweries, and within walking distance to ECU and the rest of downtown. The space This 1,200 s.f. two bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment (6 total units in building) was fully renovated in 2017 and features original exposed brick walls and other historical details. Located in the recently revitalized Dickinson Avenue neighborhood, it is steps away from Luna Pizza, Pitt Street Brewing Company, Jack Brown's Burger Bar, Ford + Shep, and numerous other shops and restaurants. We offer high-speed wifi internet throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary to make a gourmet meal, including new, stainless steel GE appliances, granite countertops, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, an electric tea kettle, corkscrew, and wine glasses. The countertop is at bar height and there are two barstools; this area doubles as a dining and working space. The laundry closet is next to the kitchen and features a front load washer/dryer. The living area is just off the kitchen: there is a sofa with two chairs, a Samsung Smart TV, and an Apple TV so that you can Airplay from your laptop or mobile devices. Note, we do not have cable TV, so if cable is a must, a hotel might be a better option. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and the bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom. You will have the entire unit to yourself. Please note, we welcome guests attending homecoming and other campus events, but this is not a party venue and we do not allow parties in the unit. We ask our guests to keep noise at a respectful level so that everyone in the building can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Check-in is 3pm or later, check out is 11am or earlier. We will attempt to accommodate if you need an earlier check-in or later check-out assuming no guests are checking-in/out later/earlier that day, but we would need prior notice - please no last minute requests! Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Guest access Key release instructions will be emailed the day before your arrival. Unit comes with 2 on-site reserved parking spaces. Other things to note Please note, this is a lively area and one bedroom wall of this unit is adjacent to Pitt Street Brewing Company, so ambient urban sounds may be heard during busy weekends. We have never had noise complaints from guests, but guests should nevertheless be aware of this before booking during busy weekends if extremely sensitive.
