The house is a split level on a very quiet street. The apartment is located on the ground floor level. Separate entrance from the main floor. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with wood burning fireplace, bathroom and eat-in kitchen. The patio opens to a private wooded view beyond the pool. The pool is open and available to use seasonally only. Please check if the pool is open before booking. Pool closes on Sep 14. **Strict No Smoking Policy. Penalties for smoking** The space The apartment is available for short term stays. The house is split level with the ground floor available for guests. The main floor is separate entrance and may be occupied by other AirBnb guests. Car park spaces available on the street. The apartment is separate entrance in a house available to the guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed which can comfortably sleep two people. There is also a living room and eat-in kitchen. The bathroom is newly renovated with a single sink and a standing shower. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, Keurig k-cup coffee maker. I will provide tea, coffee (K-cups), creamer, fruits, two bottles of water complimentary to make your stay enjoyable Please note there is no laundry or dishwasher in the apartment. My home is about 10 mins from Smithhaven mall and Smithtown LIRR station. JFK is about 43 miles and Stony Brook University is about 7 miles away. There is a grocery store walking distance from the house. The house features a swimming pool, which guests can enjoy during the warmer months! The pool is 20x40 lap pool which is about 4 and 1/2 feet deep. Diving is strictly prohibited due to the low depth of the pool. Guests are responsible for safety around the pool. There are no lifeguards around the pool. Please note that the pool is shared with both apartments. NOTE - The Pool Closes Sept 14, 2019 The house is close to highways and Stony Brook university. The house is on a very quiet street- a little oasis for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests are allowed to enjoy the backyard (with swimming pool), street parking spaces. No laundry facilities in the apartment. The fireplace is available to guests for use, however, the guests will have to purchase their own firewood. Other things to note No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is after 3PM. Check-out is at 11AM We expect our guests to be respectful of our home and neighbors. Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors or around the premises.
