Located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our 22m² studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Located next to Allianz Parque and close to Barra Funda station, it is possible to enjoy the biggest events, shows and games that the stadium has to offer while it is also possible to easily travel to various regions of the city. The space The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering the space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, microwave, cooktop stove, coffee maker, pans, sandwich maker, mixer, among others. It also has a bathroom with a gas shower. A balcony with curtains and glass door divides the spaces, which has a table and views of the city. We also have a table for meals or home office, TV, air conditioning and high-speed WIFI. We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply). Guest access Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as: swimming pool, gym, coworking space and rooftop. They will not have access to the condominium's other leisure facilities. The swimming pool is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance, except when the current Wednesday is a holiday. Children under 12 years of age are prohibited from circulating in the pool area and using it according to condominium rules. Other things to note - ATTENTION: It is necessary to send the registration data of all guests 12 hours in advance, meeting the condominium's requirements for release at the time of check-in. - We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately). - If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately). - There are no child protection screens in the studio. - The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).
