ALL INCLUSIVE (water/sewer, electricity, HS Internet included) per calendar month for stays between April and December ranges between $1850.00 - $2200.00 all inclusive per month depending on the length of stay . For stays between January and March cost is $2300.00 per month. $150 HOA application fee, and one time cleaning fee. A/C, dishwasher, screened-in balcony, Self-Service Laundry, Parking Included, HEATED Swimming Pool Guest access ENTIRE CONDO with an exception of owner's storage closet in the office and a utility closet inside the screened balcony is available for the guest's use. Other things to note This Condo Complex is under HOA rules and regulations. Approval of guests required for ALLstays. The minimum lease period is 90 days, HOA application fee is $150.00 Owner requires a valid government-issued ID to be submitted together with the signed lease and the rental application for the HOA.
