The main spaces of the 250 m2 condo: - The LIVING ROOM area has super comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, creating the ideal place for having good conversations and making plans with the group. - For the remote worker or student, there’s a desk and chair perfect for working on the laptop. - A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-end appliances to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
