Our home is a tri level home that boasts 2 separate living rooms, a family room, a separate dining room. The garage and 1 bedroom with its own living room and bathroom are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor contains 4 spacious bedrooms that have great serene breezes. You'll love the comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, and ample natural light that fills the space. Working while on vacation is easy with the included a workspace with its own desk and a very strong air conditioning unit. Our Airbnb is located just a little south of LAS airport and being just about 15 minutes from the Vegas Strip, you will able enjoy the hustle and bustle of Vegas while also having a comfortable & tranquil home to retreat to. Many attractions can be reached in just a few minutes, making our home is a perfect choice for your holiday stay. Provided throughout the house are 50" LED SMART TV in each bedroom and a 70" LED SMART TV in the living room. The layout is as follows: 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room. The 2nd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms with great serene breezes. Breakdown of sleeping arrangement: Room 1 - King Bed, ensuite bathroom Room 2 - King bed, ensuite bathroom Room 3 - Queen Bed Room 4 - Queen Bed Room 5 - Queen bed Additionally, there are 2 very comfortable sofas in 2 different living rooms that can fit more people if needed. Extra bedding, pillows, and two extra blankets are always in the closets in case you need them. As we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover. Things to note: 1. NO EVENTS OR HOUSE PARTIES. You will be asked to leave. 2. If you will be bringing a pet(s), please indicate it in the reservation. Guest access You may gain access to the home anytime after check-in with a door code. The home is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked maid's closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use.
