DERBY WEEK ONLY: YOU GET OUR WHOLE HOUSE...Not just what you see in the photos. Master Bedroom has a full bath. Two guest rooms share a 2nd full bath. Two living rooms provide additional sleeping areas. Kitchen, dining room, and sun room. 8 guests max. Less than 5 minutes from 265 and 65. We live just 12 mins from Churchill Downs, 15 minutes from the Highlands, 20 minutes from downtown. Over 40 restaurants within a 10 minute drive & several outlet stores & distilleries within 20 minutes. The space We have two puppies on the premises: a Black Lab and a Border Collie. They are super friendly and will be your best friend forever or can be kept outside and/or in another room if pups aren't your thing. Please give us a 30 minute heads up before your arrival so we can get the dogs out of the common areas so you can get your luggage in without them escaping. Thank you in advance! Our check in time is listed at 6pm but we can be flexible if there was not a guest the night before. It is listed at 6pm so we can be sure to have the rooms cleaned for you before you arrive; however if we did not have a guest the night before, the room will already be clean. Just message us if you want to see if we can do an earlier check in and we will let you know. Guest access 1 Queen Bed in room (Guest room is on 2nd floor) Complete Chest of Drawers Central AC/Heat in room Overhead fan in every room of the house Wifi Private Bathroom for guest use only that contains all amenities. Bonus Room with another big screen TV and Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/etc. Bonus Room has a full size couch, love seat, and another chair. I can set up an elevated queen size air mattress in the Bonus Room as well to accommodate a third person or two children. Please let us know if you would like to use the air mattress well before you arrive as it takes an hour to set up. We also have a large outdoor patio and fire pit in the backyard that you may use. We try to leave some space in the refrigerator for your leftovers from restaurants and we don't mind you heating those in the microwave. We do not prefer to allow guests to use our stove/oven due to issues with other guests so plan on eating out while you are here (there are plenty of restaurants to fit every budget within a few miles).
