Sleeping arrangements Seven bedrooms with 11 beds accommodate up to 17 guests, providing ample space for everyone to rest comfortably. With 4.5 baths and thoughtful storage throughout, mornings run smoothly and extended stays feel effortless. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort. Kitchen and dining The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner shared around the dining table. This inviting space naturally becomes a hub for conversation, planning, and connection throughout your stay. Outdoor living Step outside to a private patio designed for easy relaxation. The private heated outdoor pool is available all year and open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a refreshing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A nearby outdoor shower and private hot tub add to the sense of comfort, while outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill create a welcoming setting for time spent outdoors. Younger guests can enjoy the outdoor playground equipped with play structures for children. Amenities and features Inside, WiFi and a TV with Roku keep everyone entertained and connected. The home is thoughtfully equipped with bathroom essentials, bedroom and laundry conveniences, and a kitchen that supports both short visits and longer stays. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair, and beach essentials are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional features such as a private entrance, free parking on premises, and self check-in with a smart lock add ease and convenience to your arrival and stay. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and pool area, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, along with a fire extinguisher, support peace of mind. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 17 guests total including infants (12 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
