It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. Built in 1993 to house our family of 6. Way before it was cool to live inside a barn. The Old Barn House is located on RafterTFarm just off the west feeders road of IH45 S. The property is 220 acres of trees and grass. There are cattle on the property. You will also see an assortment of wildlife while sitting on the front porch swing. Guest will have access to the front part of the barn. The back part of the barn contains a metal building work shop. Guest are not allowed in that area. I will be available should you have any questions. The neighborhood consists of The Main House, RafterTBarn, and 3 RV’s. To get around you must provide your own transportation. The Old House Barn has a total of three windows. A front and back door. All guest will enter and exit through the front door. The back door is to be used for emergencies only. This door opens into the shop area.
