Delaware Valley attractions include the Wilmington Riverfront,Longwood Gardens,Winterthur,Brandywine Park & Tax-Free shopping at the Christiana Mall & Fashion Center.Brochures of places to visit are in your suite The space This large 2 queen bed suite is brand new and features new furniture/beds, linens and appliances! We can add a twin size mattress with a frame for a fee of $35 per stay. For the summer months there is an expansive outdoor space with gazebo and custom designed swimming pool! The tennis and basketball court can be enjoyed all year long. Our guests have access to two dedicated private parking spots. The house is wired for your convenience with premium xfinity wifi connection; including HBO and On-Demand. The expansive loft style suite features a vaulted ceiling with a dedicated private bath/shower along with washer dryer combo. The unit has air-conditioning and heat. All bedding, mattresses and linens were purchased in February 2018. Pillows,mattresses, & box springs are all encased in allergy bed bug free casings. Designer high-thread count bed linens and bath towels. The unit is also equipped with a desk area, bistro sitting, breakfast bar area with coffeepot, Iron, table fan, extra blankets, luggage stand, Hair Dryer, dresser and closet space. I also provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The large picturesque windows bring the outdoors in while allowing you to relax and enjoy your own private suite. There is a flood light outside of your suite door that can be left on at night for better guidance to your suite. If you may need it when you arrive the first night please let me know and I can leave it on for your convenience! Guest access Our guests have an all-access pass to the private suite, tennis court, swimming pool, Tennis/Basketball Court - We are happy to provide tennis balls/racquets and basketballs upon request. The courts close at 8pm. Help yourself to complimentary coffee, tea, half and half, honey, cereal, and bottled waters while enjoying the quiet and comfort of the picturesque surroundings. Other things to note Please note: We can accomodate a party of up to 9 guests. We have two adjacent suites that can open up to each other on our property and if both suites are available at the same time we can rent both to you. We have 4 queen beds and a twin size mattress with a frame for a fee of $35 per stay.
