Walkable, quiet, and full of charm. Best location in town. The space Guest house is located behind the main house and requires the ability to go up and down a flight of outdoor stairs to access. Main house is occupied. Downstairs: There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The beds are a king in one room and a queen in the other. The downstairs also has a living room area and full kitchen. Upstairs: Upstairs is an additional sitting/TV area which is great for kids, a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Great front porch with rocking chairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs and downstairs guest house. Self check-in for your convenience. To access property, guest need to be comfortable walking up a flight of brick stairs. See pictures. From this property, you can easily walk to campus and the historic Oxford Square in 3-5 minutes. Rowan Oak, Bailey Woods and the UM Museum are also great walks as well. This property allows for usage of the driveway but at times, may require street parking; however it is a neighborhood so the streets rarely have cars parked and is easy to find a spot. Other things to note Perfect for small groups, couples, or families. Ideal location during Ole Miss events! Guests are required to stay at the property. No reserving for others. No smoking. No pets.
