It consists of 3 separate rooms that share a lounge with microwave oven, coffee machine, communal fridge, dining table, sofa, and a tourist brochures corner. In order to be identified as in a face to face check-in before arriving at our place, our guests will required to: 1. Fill a form with valid document information for each guest (passport or ID); 2. Upload pictures of such document and a picture of the guest holding the document in order to confirm both the information filled and the guest identity (the pictures will be authomatically deleted. Since the authomatic system to open our doors is directly connected to the check-in online, the only way to access our Guest House is through this procedure. No check-in is done in person at the property Once the check-in is completed, you will receive a new e-mail with the codes and the buttons to open/unlock and to lock the doors. - For the Building door it is necessary to first ring the doorphone and then press the opening button on the dashboard. - Apartment and Room doors have smartlocks that work exactly like physical keys: once activated via virtual buttons on the smarthpones or the codes to enter, you will just have to rotate the handle opposite direction from the wall to open/unlock, and towads the wall to lock the door.
