Incredible accommodation, Minerva House, pet friendly, 5 rooms each with a bathroom, a spectacular and very spacious terrace with an excellent location; close to the Arena Mexico City entertainment center, IPN and Unitec universities, 15 minutes from Polanco, Condesa & Roma, 5 minutes from the Camarones metro station, 3 minutes from a market, shopping centers, 2 minutes from Av Camarones, and the inner ring road. A quiet and safe area!Live the experience with us! The space Casa Minerva is a very spacious house. It has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms feature a 60-inch TV with streaming services available to the guest without the need for a user. All rooms have high-speed internet inside the room. The 2 largest rooms (Paris & Italy) have a desk inside the room. 3 rooms have their bathroom inside the room and the other 2 rooms have it outside the room but it is exclusive only for that room its own bathroom. All rooms feature a very comfortable Luna brand mattress and Luna brand hypoallergenic pillows. It has a large living room with TV as well as a dining room for 8 people. The kitchen is large. The most incredible part of the house is the terrace with a living room upstairs and it is very large. You can even be there with a speaker and some beers sharing among everyone. Finally, on the top floor is the laundry area, where you will find a 23 kg washer and dryer that you can use. Guest access When you arrive at Casa Minerva, you will find a digital lock to enter the property. You will find a patio and stairs and you will find the property. On the ground floor, you will find a fairly large kitchen with a very large Samsung refrigerator, a dining room for 8 people, 1 large living room with a 60-inch Sony Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix. It is not necessary to enter a user name, the TV is ready to watch. All this can be used. Next floor are the bedrooms, and then on the 2nd floor you will find the terrace, a very nice area, with a living room as well as a bar area. This area is for use by all guests, and right here you will find the laundry area where you will find a washer and a dryer each of 23 kg that you can use. Other things to note If you come with pets, it is important to know that they cannot be alone on the property and if by mistake they make a mess somewhere in the house it is your duty to clean, we also charge an additional fee of $150 for deep cleaning when there are 2 pets or more.
