This is a newly built, cozy home situated close to many freeways like the 605, 91, 105, etc.. easy access to everywhere; 20 mn away from Disney Land, 20 mn from Downtown Long Beach, 30 mn away from LAX airport. This home sits in a nice & quiet neighborhood w/ a full fence around for privacy, plenty of parking space & a large front yard. Accommodates up to 9 ppl: 3 queen beds, 1 full, 1 bunk bed. Enjoy Central AC , heating & Wi-Fi. The space We have 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms , the 3rd bathroom is behind the garage and connected to house, garage has use as a playroom. 3 queen beds , 1 full and 1 bunk bed. 3 TV total. 1 in the living room and 2 in the 2 of the bedrooms. Plenty of parking space inside the property with automatic gate and gate remote is provided during your stay. Fast Wi-Fi 500 Mbps , good enough to do a video phone call. Party ,events, loud music, pets and smoking are not allowed in our property and we are sorry for the inconvenience. This a nice and quiet neighborhood with family residents surrounded, you will enjoy your peaceful stay. Guest access Guests will do the self- check in through key pad on the door, the code will be sent in the morning on the check-in day.
