It only takes 10-15 minutes to visit Oakland Arena or Cal State Hayward. Our place is located in a quiet neighborhood and has outdoor cameras + floodlights for your safety. This spacious front unit is attached to the main single-level building. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a cozy living room. The living area offers a small workspace and an exciting home theater with a large sofa. Paid Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+ subscriptions are loaded with an Amazon TV Fire Stick. The kitchen and dining area are just behind the living room, perfect for preparing and enjoying gourmet meals. It is equipped with many useful appliances a large refrigerator, 5 burner & center griddle range, toaster, coffee maker and a big dining table with 5 chairs. To the left of the living room, you’ll find a complete private bathroom and the 1st bedroom next to it. Next to the dining area is the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms feature with comfortable queen beds and wardrobes. The unit is a dedicated private apartment; you have your own 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and dining room. You may need to share parking spaces in the front yard with another airbnb guest. Another family lives in the back of the building and uses the driveway. It is self check-in. We will provide the instructions a couple hours before your check-in time. We are close to the Oakland International Airport (~15 minutes away), and Hayward Executive Airport (~10 minutes away), I-580 freeway (~ 4 minutes), I-880 freeway (~ 7 minutes), Hayward Bart station (~ 5 minutes). Plenty of street parking during the day. You may be able to park in the front yard of the house if there is space. If you can't find a space, let us know to get you a parking space. The unit is equipped with a smart thermostat. You can adjust the room temperature within the range 68 - 74 for heating/ cooling. There are small heaters and fans in the bedrooms if you need it warmer or cooler.
