Guest access The assigned bedroom, kitchen, laundry amenities in the basement, bathroom spaces, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and outside lounge spaces are all open to AirBnB guests. During your stay I'm pretty flexible as a host. Since becoming a host, I've learned to take my cues from the guest(s). We can be as social as going out to grab a bite to eat or playing board games together (as I've done with past guests). Or I can be hands off and allow the guests to have space and time to themselves. I'm easy peazy 😁
