The stairs to the basement are steeper than average and may not be suitable for all guests. • Front Steps: The stairs leading to the front door are also considered steep by some guests. An alternative entrance from the driveway leads directly into the basement level. • Extra Guest Fee: The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra laundry and cleaning. • Quiet Home: This is a peaceful residential space intended for relaxing stays.
