You must be comfortable climbing stairs** Guest access This listing is for apartment #3, which is all the way at the end of the hallway at the top of the stairs. Entry into the apartment is through the orange door, under the Let's Mochi Donuts sign. You will receive a door code on the day of booking, which will give you access to the orange door and the door to apartment #3. Other things to note **There are no dedicated parking spots as this apartment is on the main street of downtown Delaware** But, there are plenty of parking options available: There is a small but free, no time limit parking lot on Spring Street, which is just a few minute walk from the apartment. There is also free parking from 4pm to 11am on Sandusky Street in front of the apartment. From 11am to 4pm it is 2 hour parking and you just need to move your car. There is paid parking around the corner on Spring St and South Franklin St. It is $0.75 for 3 hours. Parking on Spring and Franklin is free from Friday at 5pm until Monday 8am.
