This stylish place is close to must-see destinations. The Harbor Suite has a full kitchen and sleeps up to 4 people with a private bathroom and view of the spectacular Suttons Bay. Stroll one block to charming downtown Suttons Bay. There are 9 restaurants within walking distance and many unique shops to wander. The space Suttons Bay Harbor House is on direct waterfront overlooking beautiful Suttons Bay. All guest rooms are located on the second level and are accessed by stairs. The Harbor Suite has a private bath and with accommodations for up to 4 people. There are several guest common areas both inside and outside the Suttons Bay Harbor House as well as a large TV in your room for your private use. A continental breakfast of juice, coffee and pastries is provided daily from 8:00-10:00 am. Guest access The second level has a common area with couches, TV area, view of the bay, refrigerator, microwave, game table, board games and a book shelf with reading materials. The outside common area amenities for guests include use of the tiki hut, dock and three different sitting areas. Children’s beach toys, 2 kayaks and an outdoor grill are also available. Guest access to the Harbor Suite is by using the front door entrance via one flight of stairs. The front door entrance is also used to exit and walk around the house to get to the common areas outside on or near the water. It has a beautiful view of the water, beach/swimming onsite, super clean, the ability to quickly ( less than 5 min) walk to restaurants/ shops, small details inside of the place that make you feel welcome, comfy beds/ linens, responsive host, near a grocery store, close to wineries and orchards, and the ability to sleep our family comfortability. This place literally does have it all. The host lives on the bottom floor which we were uncertain about at first, but ended up being a positive for fast communication and local tips. They were accessible but still respected privacy. Our family had a tremendous time and will definitely be back. Matt - 2023 We had the good fortune of staying at Harbor House for an intimate family wedding last week. The house itself is stunning, inside and out! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping (so many flowers!) all around the house along with the amazing views of Suttons Bay from each of the bedrooms and upper deck, as well as the spacious back patio. The sugar sand beach along with the color and clarity of the water rivals anywhere in the Caribbean. Gathering around the tiki bar on the patio added fun to our week as we mixed different cocktails and caught up with each other. The back patio is so large that we had plenty of space to hold a wedding ceremony under the pergola, enjoy champagne and cake in another seating area, and dine al fresco in a third location…all by the beautiful water. In addition, we loved to hang out at the table on the dock, surrounded by water and taking in the beauty of Suttons Bay. The whole experience was a little slice of heaven! Thank you, Julie and Lee!
