Short Term Rental Details: With the bedroom and pull out couch in the living room, there is enough room to sleep 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Max occupancy of 4 guests, property is shared with duplex neighbor. 1 pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of reservation is required to bring any animal, including service animals. A non-refundable $200/pet applies and will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email.
