This is one of the two private rooms with private bath in the walk-out basement (10-foot ceiling) of a new ranch house on a land of 14 acres with a 2.5-acre pond. Full kitchen, family room, sitting room, lots of windows, private entrance door, fishing allowed, full access to almost the entire 2,200 SF private basement apartment with natural light . It is close to Wake Forest & Raleigh. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. You will feel like your own home. The space This is a very quite, peaceful and private property in woods with a big pond. It is just 1.2 miles off US-1 (Capital Blvd) and close to anywhere. The room has a dresser, a night stand, a comfortable queen bed, quality blanket, pillows and sheets, private in-room bathroom and large walk-in closet. It is a super clean and comfortable room. This entire high-ceiling basement apartment is just for guests' private use. I wouldn't feel comfortable if you don't feel comfortable to stay at my place. Guest access Since our family live on the main floor and don't use the basement but the media room occasionally, guests have full access to the entire basement apartment, including the granite counter-top kitchen, private bathroom with private bath, refrigerator, living room (top-grain leather sofa set, fireplace), sitting room with a nice study desk, coffee and maker, the out-door patio and the grill on the deck. Laundry room is on the main floor. Basement media room is available. Fishing on pond is permitted. Guests can freely walk on and enjoy the whole 14-acre property. During your stay I respect your privacy while also being available when needed. I will respond as quickly as possible. Your privacy and comfort are my first priority care and concern as a host. Other things to note Please NO SHOES inside the entire apartment/house. Thanks.
