This cozy room has plenty sunlight and especially suit for girls. A comfy backyard where you can chill, read books, or even play with two adorable cats of my neighbor's. I planted some fruits and veges in the backyard, so if you are lucky, you may pick and taste the super fresh tomatoes when you are here. There're four bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor. You will be using the one on the first floor so you can get enough privacy and won't get disturb from others. The space This is a quiet old house but with simple and modern furniture in the room. High speed WIFI and TV with Netflix are provided. I like music and art. So you will find some instruments like ukulele and drum set, and some paintings of mine in the house. Guest access You may use all common areas in the house such as kitchen, dining room, living, backyard, and laundry with other roommates. During your stay You can reach out to me with any questions over phone or email. Other things to note We have students living in the house so during lunch and dinner time you may see it a little crowded in the kitchen and dining room.
