You can also enjoy the Wi-Fi connection, TV and all the amenities necessary for your comfort (electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, etc.); Your glasses, champagne, wine, cognac and various dishes, just what you need for your romantic getaways... 2 living room sofas are inside for reading, relaxing or lounging in front of the TV. We wanted you to be comfortable during your stay... We have also provided a small storage cupboard in the main room and 2 drawers in the bathroom cabinet for your storage. Linens (sheets and towels) are PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. Guest access You will have access to the entire home which is about 45 m2 (indoors), Our beautiful terrace lined with flowers will revive you as well as the pool and the DECK. Other things to note DEPOSIT: a deposit of 450 euros will be requested on site [cash] or in advance by bank transfer, exclusively. PERSON WHO CAN BE ACCOMMODATED: This is a recent rental home, so it's new to the site. you have your full autonomy: entrance, parking, accommodation and all your personal space. For reasons of transparency, PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <> Only the person formally identified at the time of booking/the visitor traveling alone, or a couple, a gentleman accompanied by his wife or his partner, will be accepted UPON ARRIVAL IN THE ACCOMMODATION. <> IDENTITY and photo of occupants: - The reservation must be made by or on behalf of the actual occupant. - The first names and photo of the occupant(s) must also be visible before acceptance by the Host. Each occupant is required to respect the quiet environment to preserve serenity inside or around the accommodation.
