PARKING You'll have the full two-car garage plus driveway space, so parking is never a scramble - pull in, unload, and you're done. Free street parking during the day is also available for extra vehicles when the group brings more than two cars. Overnight street parking is not allowed. One HOA note: recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers can't be parked in the driveway, and commercial vehicles can't stay parked overnight. HOUSE RULES Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, with your keyless entry code sent 24 hours ahead. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Quite hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts. The house is equipped with keypad for a keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code 24 hours before checkin. Other things to note Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
