To make this process as seamless as possible: - After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to confirm how you’d prefer to receive the HOA application. - Once you’ve confirmed your preferred channel, we will send you the application form and instructions for uploading your photo ID. Guest access During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts. The house is equipped with keypad for a keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code 24 hours before checkin. Other things to note Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
