MacArthur Funny Farm-private room w/private bath

Update: I am moving and not accepting anymore reservations past May 2018. The room will be maintained for your stay, but I will have packing going on throughout the rest of the home. All are welcome as guests in my home! Located just a few walking blocks away from River Market downtown. Great location in a beautiful historic neighborhood. You will have a private room and private bathroom while sharing the common areas with me & my rescue dog Dudley. Fresh eggs are provided by backyard chickens! The space This is a historic home in the MacArthur Park district of downtown Little Rock. There is a local brewery (Stone’s Throw Brewery) and the Arkansas Art Center one walking block from the home. The Rivermarket provides a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutique stores within a 10 minute walk. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room (with television/Roku service), laundry room and backyard if desired. During your stay I am always available via the Airbnb app messaging and usually respond promptly. I can suggest local restaurants, breweries, bars and places of interests for those wanting to explore the town. Other things to note My dog is very friendly and should not be feared. Please don’t feed him any human food, there are dog treats in the house if you wish to give him a treat. He mostly just lays around and chews on things (don’t leave shoes accessible to him!)
