Entire 1 bedroom apartment near Line 1

Great location, spacious apartment, convenient neighborhood. The space I will move into this apartment in September, but I'm renting it out because my former lease has not ended. So I'm treating it as my own home instead of just a guest house. It is well-equipped, clean, convenient, and safe. If you are looking for a genuine living experience in New York, this is it! Guest access You will have the entire apartment, 1 living room with dining and kitchen area, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. There is a full-size bed in the bedroom and an air mattress where you can locate wherever you desire. Other things to note I have some personal things in the closet in the living room, the cabinet in the loving room corner and in the small cabinet under the desk in the bedroom. I put a tape on all of them. Other things in other places are available for guests to use, but please put them to where you find them after using anything. Thanks!
