The house is ideal for temporary stays for work, academic or personal reasons, offering comfort, space and privacy. Distributed over four large floors, it allows you to clearly separate the rest areas from the rest of the house, which makes it especially comfortable for long stays. The space This luxurious and charming quadruplex is located minutes from the Plaza de Toros de Ventas. A traditional area full of life, perfect for exploring and starting your tour of Madrid's Old Town, which is about 15 minutes away by metro. It is a private space, designed and cared for down to the smallest detail for the comfort of our guests. t The entire accommodation is spread over four floors that divide the rest areas from the rest of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen are located in the same open but very cozy and well-defined space. The kitchen is modern in style and equipped with a coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, complete tableware and all the minimum necessary utensils. In the living room you will have a SmartTV. The 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, are spread over the first 3 floors. All are spacious, the 2 upstairs have a bathroom inside, and air conditioning. The single sofa bed is located on the ground floor (basement) in a space with a separate bathroom as well. Where the last room is also located (it does not have windows as it is located on the basement floor) In total this spectacular accommodation consists of 3.5 bathrooms, one of them, a toilet. The ground floor is the culmination of the end, a whole floor intended as a multipurpose area or game room. Guest access The entire accommodation is at our guests' disposal. There are no common areas.
