My house and the apartment is located in the beautiful little town of Hormigueros, to the west of Puerto Rico. In the basement of my house is located the studio. We have a water cistern installed. Upon arrival you will enjoy a green view of nature from the balcony. The apartment has a separate entrance where you can park your car. It's a quiet and also super safe place. We live in a cul-de-sac, where there is little traffic. The bed in the studio bed is King size. The space My studio is beautiful, tastefully decorated and simple. You'll enjoy a king bed. Equipped with the things you need for a great stay. All super clean, with good quality sheets and quilts. Extra towels and blankets. In the bathroom, you will find toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, rinse and pasta. In the kitchen you will have a coffee maker, a microwave, stove, sink, plates, glasses, coffee, milk, sugar, and a small fridge and a medium fridge with freezer. Pots and frying pan. In the room is a TV with cable and Netflix. There is also a table with two chairs to eat or work. The apartment has a super comfortable closet with hangers, iron and blower, plus a full body mirror. Guest access You can receive packages or letters to our address by mail. We have a brightly lit cork walking trail nearby. Two minutes away we have grocery stores and supermarkets. And we are 6 minutes from Mayaguez Mall. Other things to note It's a pretty quiet and pretty safe area. In this street there live elderly and/or retired people, who usually you will always find good friends nearby. Apartment rules: Maximum 2 people - Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries and misplaced items during the stay. - For your safety, it is forbidden to sit on the balcony and terrace handrails. - It is forbidden to throw papers, sanitary napkins, tampons and "chubs" inside the toilet. - Before completing your stay we ask that please all the garbage be arranged inside the zafacon that is upstairs at the entrance to the apartment. - Smoking is prohibited inside the property, a $150.00 fee could be imposed. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarette and "vape". - We are not liable for the loss of electricity, drinking water and Wifi service. - Events and parties on the property are prohibited. If you receive a complaint during your stay, your reservation is automatically canceled. - The access keys to the property will be at the front door. If misplaced will result in a $75.00 fee that will be deducted from the security deposit. - To break any item on the property during your stay, you will have to pay for replacement of the property.
