Hello, This is a single room with a queen bed and warm blankets. My house is in a quiet neighborhood, seconds away from a UTA(public transport) stop and 5 min from downtown. I don't recommend the place for people with kids or pets. It is great if you are a solo traveler or a couple. The TRAX line is 2 blocks away and there's a train every 15 min that takes you downtown. Guest access The bathroom is shared, I keep my home fairly clean. I'm a student so I'm not home a lot, i'm just trying to earn some extra cash.
