At Loggerhead Beach Retreat you'll easily slip into a relaxed vibe. With the breeze coming off the intercoastal and the stunning sunrise and sunset view over the water you'll breath in that salty air and immediately unwind. Just minutes to the boat launch and with room for boat parking right off the driveway this spot is absolutely perfect for any boating recreation you'd like to accomplish during your stay in Jensen Beach. Easily walk downtown after a day on the water for dinner or live music! The space This key west style home features 3 suites each with their own floor and full bath. This is a very special layout and perfect for group vacation. Recreation is literally everywhere around you! Boating, kayak trail, paddleboard launch etc all within 2 mins. Plenty of restaurants and live music always happening just a 5 min walk downtown. Such a great spot. Guest access entire house and pool minus the garage and owners closests is able to be accessed Other things to note we have 3 exterior cameras including pool for safety. Do not disable or you will be charged and asked to leave. Pool heat available $50/day paid separate. This is for heat to approx 87. Heat will start running at 7am and turn off at 7pm. (or 8am to 8pm depending on daylight savings) Late checkout will automatically be charged $100 then $100 for each additional hour. It's NOT allowed without prior approval. AC does not go below 70 if you will not be comfortable at that temperature please book elsewhere. We have had too many issues with AC freezing up and there will be a charge if this happens due to doors being left open etc Please understand that while we provide all linens, towels, and starter supplies of several items as well as any items of use that other guests leave, we do not provide full toiletries, spices, etc, etc.....if there is something specific you are expecting please just ask first otherwise plan to purchase a few items you may need. There is a grocery right in walking distance!! **PETS NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY**
