First bedroom has a comfortable, new queen bed and looks out onto the lovely courtyard. If you have extra people traveling with you, the second bedroom has new twin beds. Neighborhood is upscale, safe and quiet. The space Guest bedroom with adjacent bath are separated from host's so you'll have excellent privacy. Enjoy the newly remodeled bath with its beautiful walk-in shower. Everything is clean, bright, and spacious. You'll feel like you're at a retreat! A second bedroom sleeps 2 more people if your party is larger- just ask! Guest access Entrance is through the main house but you'll have your own key to come and go as you please. I have a well-appointed kitchen and invite you to use it if you want to cook, or enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard. During your stay I live here, so I like guests who are clean and respectful. Other things to note I have a black lab named Alex who is very sweet and lovable, and a cat who is her own person.
