**Windsor Hills water park will be closed for refurbishment Jan 5 - Feb 14, 2026 Closest homes with pools to Disney 10-15 minutes drive. Groceries, coffee, amenities, pharmacies, restaurants, gas - very near by, <5 minutes by car the full cancellation is meant for hurricanes, pandemics, etc. other force majeure please don't book the house and tie up the calendar for many months only to cancel 15 days prior - it makes it harder to book last minute and cover mortgage and expenses on our side! The space The house :) 6 beds : 1 king, 1 king, 2 twins, and 2 twins ... in 4 bedrooms each with own full bath. and TV in each room. heated pool/spa & game room. full kitchen - oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, dishes, glassware, cutting boards, cutlery, etc. the heat for pool / spa (hot tub ) is included Temperature of 81° degrees F (per red cross 78 - 85) and spa temp of around 100° It is normal for a spa to take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours to reach this temperature depending upon ambient (outside) temperature. please don't leave baby strollers / buggies in garage please don't leave pool toys Other things to note It's a gated community and in order to issue the temporary permit to a guest for entry, I'll need the first & last name of any and all drivers wanting to enter. I enter this into a software system that the community uses On arrival, any of the vehicles wanting to enter will need to have their license with them to obtain the temporary permit for the duration of the stay It is how the guardhouse verifies that the guest is, in fact a guest, for a specific property for a duration of a stay. The temporary permit is a little piece of card stock with a bar code on it that can be used like a resident has on the right lane of Teascone Blvd, the lane coming off of N. Old Lake Wilson Rd. Just fyi. I only need names of drivers, first and last, and on arrival drivers will need their license with them to verify that the names match It is a 3 car maximum per property, according to the community rules.
