Fun Chattanooga Place. Laid back stay!

Cozy little private guest room with closet and drawer space, satellite TV, WiFi and mini fridge. Centrally located in Chattanooga. Just minutes from the airport, shopping, food and local attractions. We are a laid back couple with 1 middle size dog and 1 cat. We welcome other pets on a case by case basis. Our pets are fixed and are up to date on shots. All backgrounds welcome. We are super laid back. I work from home. I have many dates blocked. If you have a longer stay please send Inquiry. The space We are located in quiet community. This is a one level house so no stairs to climb. I have a washer and dryer if the need arises as well as a clothes line. Use of the Kitchen which has an oven, stove top, microwave and coffee pot. Coffee brewed every day! Guest access Smoking is allowed outside of the house. There is an outback sitting area. Alcohol is allowed. During your stay We will be around for check-in and will be as hands on as requested by guests. If you are sociable and like to hang out and chit chat we are down with that. I have several ways to entertain with music, movies and tons of games and video games that guests can borrow during their stay. Other things to note This is a small older home so it's not what I consider luxury. It's just a cozy little comfortable space where people can also be laid back and relax without worrying about breaking something. There is art spread all through the house that I created. Please note that because I work from home I have to plan for the check-in and cleaning around my work day. Communication is very important for me to be able to accommodate you to ensure everything is on par. I clean the room and all bedding in between each guest and common areas daily. Nothing is perfect though so please if you are looking for perfection choose somewhere else. We both work very hard full time . Due to this I have several dates blocked however longer stays welcomed so please send inquiry on longer stays and I will open up the calendar for you.
