This Ocean View House is inside a private country club in Manantiales - Punta del Este. Just 100 meters (300 ft) from the Beach and 200 meters (600 ft) from Manantiales town. Very bright with a wooden terrace, ideal to relax while admiring the vast ocean. There are 4 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms for up to 10 guests. The space "Terrazas del Cultural" is a private Country/Beach neighborhood designed by the architect: Justo Solsona. It is located in a top spot in Punta del Este, between "La Barra" and "José Ignacio". This area is known as "Manantiales". Ideal to relax and disconnect (no need to use the car here). The beach is just a 1 min walk away and so are all the highly reviewed restaurants in the area. The neighborhood has private security 24/7, a heated plunge pool for children and another larger pool for adults, 2 tennis courts, a soccer field and common garden and nature areas. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house and common spaces in the neighborhood. You can freely enjoy its paths, swimming pools, tennis courts and soccer field. The Beach service during summer season includes chairs & beach sun umbrellas. Other things to note Walk on the beach, relax on the deck with a drink or coffee, take a short walk at night to have a lovely Dinner at your favorite restaurant in Manantiales.
